Export compliance statement
Last updated 4 October 2026
Controlled hardware
The GPUs, servers and networking equipment that Blade AI sources are controlled under US, UK and EU export and sanctions rules. We screen every deal for export compliance before passing it to the supply chain, and we may decline or withdraw from any deal at any time.
Deals we do not assist
Blade AI does not assist deals for, or involving:
- the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson or Zaporizhzhia regions, or any other embargoed or sanctioned destination;
- any person or organisation on a US, UK or EU restricted-party list, or owned or controlled by one;
- military, weapons or other prohibited end uses;
- arrangements designed to hide the real end user or destination.
What we ask buyers for
Before an order goes ahead we ask for end-user documents, such as an end-user declaration, a consignee statement and evidence of the data centre where the hardware will be installed. We review these with the seller of record.
Who we work with
Blade AI works only with legitimate organisations that have a clear lawful use for the hardware.
About this statement
This page describes how Blade AI behaves. It is not legal advice and not a guarantee. Buyers remain responsible for their own compliance with the export and sanctions rules that apply to them.
