Who we are

Blade AI Ltd is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17424857, at 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London W1W 6XH, United Kingdom.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, the type of enquiry and your message. If you email us or contact us another way, we hold what you send us.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry. If the enquiry goes ahead, we also use them to carry out the compliance checks described on our export compliance page, such as reviewing end-user and site documents.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are emailed to our directors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else except where a deal requires it, for example to confirm end-user details with a supplier or, on GPU systems, the seller of record, or where the law requires it.

Live chat

The Chat button on each page opens a live chat provided by tawk.to (tawk.to Inc.). Nothing from tawk.to is loaded until you click the button and choose "Start chat". Once you do, tawk.to stores in your browser the cookies it needs to keep the conversation open and recognise you on later pages and visits, and it stores on its servers what you type in the chat, your name and email if you give them, your IP address, browser and approximate location, and the pages you were on. We use the chat to answer your questions, and we can see the conversation in tawk.to's dashboard. tawk.to's own privacy policy is at tawk.to/privacy-policy.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. See our cookies page. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and the home page loads a "Review us on Trustpilot" box from Trustpilot's servers. Reviews you leave on Trustpilot are governed by Trustpilot's own terms and privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to tell you what we hold, by emailing contact@blade-ai.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
