Global logistics
Secure shipping, quoted with every order.
Sensitive AI hardware needs careful handling from the warehouse to your rack. Freight, duties and taxes are never a surprise: they are quoted with each order, and nothing ships until the export checks are done.

Export checks first
Every order is screened against US, UK and EU export and sanctions rules before it ships. We ask for end-user and site documents, and we may decline a deal. See our export compliance statement.
Tell us the destination early
Delivery country, site address and the date you need the hardware shape the quote. Give them in your enquiry and the first reply already covers freight.
Proof before payment
On GPU systems, serial numbers and photos reach you before the balance is due. On parts, Blade AI Ltd invoices you and payment details appear only on that invoice.
