Our position
Blade AI Ltd does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in any part of its business or its supply chain. We publish this statement voluntarily. Blade AI is below the turnover threshold at which the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires one.
Our business
Blade AI is a UK company, run by its two directors, that sources AI hardware (GPU servers, GPUs, memory, storage and networking) and arranges GPU rental capacity with data centre operators. Parts are sold by Blade AI Ltd itself. On GPU systems, clusters and capacity we act as a broker and facilitator, and the hardware is supplied by the distributor, supplier or manufacturer named as the seller of record on each order.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain consists of hardware distributors, suppliers and manufacturers, and data centre operators. We work only with legitimate organisations, and every deal goes through the checks described in our export compliance statement before it proceeds.
What we do
- We expect the organisations we work with to comply with the laws on slavery, forced labour and human trafficking that apply to them.
- We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in modern slavery, and we will end a relationship where we find it.
- Both directors are responsible for this statement and for acting on any concern raised with us.
