On GPU systems, clusters and rental capacity, Blade AI is a broker and facilitator. We find the hardware, check the deal and stay on it until it is delivered. The seller of record is the distributor, supplier or manufacturer named when your order is accepted, and that is who you pay.

Enquiry

Tell us the part number, the bill of materials or the workload, plus the site and the date. A director replies within one working day.

NDA

A mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement comes before any quote. It protects both sides and the supply chain behind us.

Indicative quote

We check verified stock and open allocation, then send an indicative quote with the lead time we have been given.

Compliance

We review end-user and site documents and screen every deal for export compliance before it goes to the supply chain. We may decline a deal.

Order and deposit

Your purchase order and the deposit go to the seller of record, the distributor, supplier or manufacturer named when the order is accepted. Not to Blade AI.

Proof and delivery

Serial numbers and photos reach you before the balance is due. The manufacturer's warranty comes with the hardware from the seller of record.

Where the money goes

On GPU systems, clusters and capacity deals, your purchase order and every payment go to the seller of record. Blade AI does not hold, route or escrow customer funds on these deals, and no payment is taken on this website.

Product warranties come from the manufacturer or the seller of record.

Shipping, customs and delivery are arranged by the seller's logistics partners and quoted with each order.

Before any quote

A mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement comes first. It protects your requirement and our supply chain, and it lets us share real serial numbers, photos and lead times with you.

We screen every deal for export compliance before passing it to the supply chain, and we may decline any deal. See our export compliance statement.

Stay safe. We never put bank details in the body of an email or a chat message. For GPU systems they appear only on the seller's own pro-forma invoice. For parts they appear only on a Blade AI Ltd invoice. If the details you are given change, stop and email contact@blade-ai.co.uk before paying.
