The GPU server spot market

Held stock. Project excess. Cancelled orders. Placed in weeks.

Somewhere right now a cloud has racks it over-ordered, a project has finished with hardware to spare, a contract has been cancelled, a distributor is holding built systems with no buyer. Somewhere else a team is waiting 20 weeks for the same hardware. We verify what is held, and put both sides together with open cards, in under four weeks of compliance approval.

What we place

Any NVIDIA platform a buyer is waiting on. If it is sealed, built or on a released allocation, it has a home.

01

You tell us

What you hold or what you need: platform, quantity, location, date. Nothing is published unless you want it listed.

02

We verify both sides

Company checks, trading history and references on the holder; end-user and site documents on the buyer; export and sanctions screening on the deal. We may decline.

03

Mutual NDA, then the introduction

Both sides sign a mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement. Then you know exactly who you are dealing with.

04

You transact directly

The buyer's purchase order and payment go to the seller of record. Serial numbers and photos reach the buyer before the balance is due.

05

The holder pays our fee

On completion. The buyer pays the hardware price, nothing on top. We stay on the deal through delivery.

06

We keep looking

Register once and you hear about matching hardware, or matching demand, before it is listed anywhere.

For holders of surplus

Tell us what you hold.

A cancelled order, a released allocation, racks you no longer need. We reply within one working day with where it can go and what we need from you. Discreet by default.

Questions holders and buyers ask

What do you place?Cancelled customer orders, allocation released by a manufacturer or distributor, and built or sealed systems a cloud or lab no longer needs: HGX B300, B200, H200 and H100 servers, GB300 and GB200 racks, DGX, GPU cards, networking, memory and storage.
How does selling work?Tell us what you hold, where it is and when it is available. We check the buyer, sign a mutual NDA with both sides and introduce you with open cards. You invoice the buyer directly and pay our fee on completion.
How fast for a buyer?Built systems ship as soon as the order clears and export screening is complete, typically weeks rather than the 18 to 20 weeks a factory order can take.
Are you a broker? An introducer with open cards. We find the hardware, verify both sides, screen the deal and stay on it through delivery. The buyer pays the seller of record, never Blade AI. See how a deal works.
