Built systems ship as soon as the order clears and export screening is complete. Systems on allocation ship on the allocation date, which is stated on the quotation. In both cases this is weeks ahead of ordering the same system new from the factory.

Is there a price on live deals?

Prices are confirmed on the quotation, because they move with quantity, destination and the day. Register interest with the quantity and delivery country and Blade AI replies within one working day with price, lead time and the documents needed.

Every order is screened for export compliance. Blade AI asks who the end user is and where the hardware will be installed before quoting, and does not supply the destinations listed on its export compliance page. Some allocations carry the manufacturer's own conditions, which are stated on the deal.

Your purchase order and deposit go to the seller of record. Serial numbers and photos reach you before the balance is due.
